Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction
   1. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the purchase and use of tickets for RevsFest (the “Event”) taking place on 4 July 2026 at The Torbay Showground, Torbay, UK. By buying a ticket you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy and any additional rules posted at the Event.
2. Ticket Purchase
   1. Tickets are sold through our ticketing partner Skiddle (“Partner”). The Partner's own terms also apply to the transaction.
   2. You must be 16 years or older to purchase a ticket. Persons under 16 may only attend with a parent/guardian who has purchased a ticket.
   3. Ticket prices include any applicable VAT. All fees are displayed at checkout and are non-refundable except where required by law (see Section 6).
   4. Once payment is authorised you will receive a digital ticket (PDF or app) which must be presented on the day of entry. Lost or stolen tickets cannot be replaced.
3. Refunds & Changes
   1. We reserve the right to amend the Event date, time, venue or lineup. If a material change occurs, we will notify you via the email address provided at purchase and through general Social Media updates.
   2. If the Event is cancelled, you will be offered a full refund via the original payment method. No further compensation will be provided.
   3. Ticket transfers or resale are prohibited without prior written consent from Total Studios. Any unauthorised resale may result in ticket cancellation.
4. Health, Safety & Conduct
   1. By entering the venue you consent to possible security checks (bag searches, metal detectors, etc.).
   2. You must not bring prohibited items (e.g., weapons, illegal substances, glass containers, professional recording equipment).
   3. Alcohol will only be served to persons 18 years or older and in accordance with UK licensing laws.
   4. Disorderly, violent or offensive behaviour may result in removal from the Event without refund.
   5. Those suspected of Drink Driving will be reported to the onsite Police presence.
   6. Attendees will be provided a Blue band at entry for those not driving and a Red band for those who are driving. Red bands indicate to staff that you are driving and so alcohol will not be served. Changes to these bands are possible at the ticket office, however any change in banding will require the attendees to undergo a Breathalyzer test, to ensure the drivers will not reasonably to Total Studios be under the influence of Alcohol whilst potentially in control of a motor vehicle.
5. Liability
   1. Total Studios and its agents shall not be liable for personal injury, loss, theft or damage to property, except were caused by our negligence.
   2. We are not responsible for any loss of earnings, missed travel or accommodation costs arising from Event cancellation or alteration.
6. Data Protection
   1. Personal data supplied during purchase will be processed by Total Studios and Skiddle in accordance with the UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy.
   2. By purchasing a ticket you consent to receiving Event-related communications (e.g., reminders, promotional offers) unless you opt-out.
7. Intellectual Property
   1. All content (logos, videos, music, photographs) associated with RevsFest and Total Revs remains the property of Total Studios. Recording or broadcasting the Event for commercial purposes is prohibited without written permission.
8. Governing Law
   1. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
