Terms & Conditions

Organised by Total Studios Ltd (trading as "Total Revs") in partnership with Raffall Ltd ("Raffall").

1. Introduction
   1. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the purchase and use of tickets for....
   2. These Competition Terms ("Terms") apply to the RevsFest Car Competition ("Competition") which runs from the date of the first ticket sale until 23:59 GMT on 3 July 2026. By purchasing a Competition ticket you accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy and Raffall's terms of service.
2. Eligibility
   1. Open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.
   2. Entrants must have a valid UK email address and provide accurate contact details.
   3. Employees, contractors and their families of Total Studios, Raffall, Skiddle and any associated sponsors are not eligible.
3. Ticket Purchase
   1. Tickets cost £5 each (including VAT).
   2. A maximum of 1,500 tickets will be sold; once sold out no further entries will be accepted.
   3. Payment and ticketing is processed securely through Raffall.
   4. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, except where required by law.
4. How to Enter
   1. Click the "Enter Competition" link on the RevsFest website, which redirects to Raffall's entry page.
   2. Complete the online form and confirm payment.
   3. You will receive a digital confirmation email containing your unique entry number - keep this safe.
5. Prize
   1. One prize: A model of car of the organisers choosing* (value up to £6,000).
   2. The prize is subject to availability; the organiser reserves the right to substitute with an equivalent prize of equal or greater value.
   3. The prize is not exchangeable for cash or other goods.
   4. If the minimum ticket sale is not reached, any and all tickets that have been sold will be entered into a cash draw of 50% value of the ticket sales.
   5. Minimum tickets will be announced along with the competition itself once it is live.
   6. The car will come with 12 months MOT and receive a 70 point check.
   7. There will be no warranties applied to this competition.
6. Winner Selection
   1. The winner will be selected by a random draw from all valid entries on 4 July 2026 at 16:00 GMT.
   2. The draw will be live at RevsFest.
   3. The winner will be notified by email within 24 hours of the draw and their name will be published on the RevsFest website and social channels.
7. Claim of Prize
   1. The winner must respond to the notification email within 7 days to claim the prize.
   2. The prize must be claimed within 30 days of notification; otherwise the prize will be forfeited and a new winner may be drawn.
8. Liability
   1. Total Studios and Raffall accept no liability for any loss, damage, injury or expense incurred in connection with the Competition, except where caused by negligence.
   2. Entrants are responsible for any taxes or duties that may arise from receiving the prize.
9. Data Protection
   1. Personal data will be processed by Total Studios and Raffall in accordance with the UK GDPR and each party's Privacy Policy.
   2. By entering, you consent to the use of your name and likeness for promotional purposes relating to the Competition, unless you opt-out at the time of entry.
10. General
    1. Total Studios reserves the right to amend these Terms or cancel the Competition at any time, provided that any such amendment or cancellation will not affect the rights of entrants who have already purchased a ticket.
    2. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
    3. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
